We manage machining, fabrication, and finishing as one integrated manufacturing partner. Customers use us when they want one accountable point of contact from quote through delivery—especially for tight-tolerance, drawing-driven work that must be executed consistently.
We’re a strong fit for complex, specification-driven parts and assemblies where quality, documentation, and repeatability matter. If your project involves multiple steps (machining + fabrication + finishing), we help reduce risk by managing the workflow end-to-end.
We support customers in industrial and regulated markets where process control and compliance matter—often including work that requires disciplined quality systems and careful handling of drawings, revisions, and inspection requirements.
Send us your drawings (PDF) and any applicable specs (materials, finish/coating, quantity, target date, special inspection/documentation requirements). If you’re early in the process, we can still quote based on the best available information and clarify any open items before kickoff.
We operate under a certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System and execute work with controlled processes, revision discipline, and documented inspection practices appropriate to the job’s requirements.
Yes. We are ITAR registered, and we treat controlled work with the seriousness it requires. If ITAR or other regulated constraints apply, tell us up front so we can confirm handling, documentation, and any flow-down requirements.
We support FAI requirements when the job calls for it, including AS9102-aligned deliverables as applicable. Include FAI needs in your RFQ so we can align scope, timing, and documentation expectations.
We support a broad range of industrial materials and finishing requirements depending on the project. If a finish is spec-driven, provide the spec and any approved process notes in the RFQ so we can confirm capability and compliance.
Lead times vary by complexity, quantity, material availability, and finishing requirements. We’ll give you a realistic schedule with your quote and keep the timeline grounded in what it takes to execute correctly.
We keep communication simple and responsive. You won’t wait days for a call back. If something affects scope, schedule, or manufacturability, we raise it quickly so you can make a decision with the right information.
Yes. We support both one-off/prototype work and repeat builds, with attention to revision control and process consistency.
Include: latest drawing revision, quantity, material, finish/coating spec, any special inspection/documentation (FAI/AS9102, certs, etc.), and target delivery date. If anything is “TBD,” note it—so we can quote accurately and flag assumptions.
